Yeah, well here’s something to keep you up at night for other reasons than consummation. There’s a new Jurassic Park game coming out with plenty of ways to die, like being headbutted by a T-rex as it busts through a giant steel door or being torn to shreds by a flock of raptors.
So I know I’m commenting really late but I just randomly decided to check the blog and I literally gasped out loud (in delight) when I saw this! So happy for you both. โค
Wow, did you guys get married on 9/10/11? Because I have a buddy who’s now wife is a breast cancer survivor and *they* got married on 9/10/11. Small world and all that.
Congratulations, although a bit late. ๐ I also want to thank you for brightening up my days with your fantastic comic. I stumbled upon it sometime early on back in 2007 and you’ve kept me reading ever since.
Have a wonderful marriage, bless you both ๐
Congratulations, from Ann Arbor, Michigan! You have so many readers here who love you and who are so happy for you and your wife! I hope all of hte stress and hard times that you have had to deal with will now be replaced with the best years of your life!
Late to the party but I have to say Many Many Congrats. I love your comic even though I don’t quite get everything… Marriage is a haven and a blessing and sometimes a bit of work. But may you treasure every moment, as I have for over 25 years.
After looking for hours for the best way to contact you I gave up and I’m going to leave a comment here about what I wanted to say. To me you are the real life Josh Swensen/Larry. Not to that giant magnitude but just in being a person. Attitude, actions, preferences, etc.
The thing is a long time ago, like in high school, I stumbled upon your site but never came back (regrets). I was on twitter and someone tweeted a link and I found my way back. That was 3 days ago and I just finished reading every comment in that span.
Congratulations (though a bit late!) from Helsinki, Finland! Wish you all the best for your life together. And thank you most sincerely for these strips, have made my day so many times!
Many congratulations to you both. After over 42 years with the same girl, I can tell you that it’s the best thing you ever do. You may have 42 years – you may have only 42 minutes – but whatever you have, take each moment in gratitude, and live it fully.
Mijn welgemeende gelukwensen voor jullie allebei, voor de komende 70 jaar.
Thus ends the Dutch lesson for today. ๐
Seriously, your happiness can be felt to the extent that I feel entitled to add my best wishes (my first, and probably last, contribution here, so that says something). May you both be blessed with health and happiness for many decades.

I know I too am late to the party, but Congratulations from Melbourne, Australia! Even the kangaroos near my place are jumping (well, hopping) for joy!
Best wishes for a wonderful life together.
I saw this while doing a periodic catch-up on your latest work (been a fan for years but I’m more of a binge-purveyor of xkcd). Thought I’d offer my rather belated, somewhat redundant, yet completely sincere congratulations! It looks like you guys have been through an awful lot the past year or so, so I’m glad to see some good news. I wish you both health and happiness in the years ahead.
Congrats to you both from Tim Hummel in San Angelo, Texas!
My older brother told me about this site several months ago, and i kept forgetting to look it up. However now that i managed to finally remember, i have spent the past 8 hours on this site. Defiantly not a wasted 8 hours for a fellow nerd! Congratulations again and keep up the amazing work!
Gongratulations – when was the happy date? Myself got married 11th Sept. 2010 and would wish the same joy to anyone who are bold enough to pursue it ๐
Long time evangelisor of your site, first time message-leaver.
Congrats – given your delightful take on romance, she must be very special. And/or have good taste in hats!
Best wishes to the happy couple – we’ll raise a glass to you both in Bristol, England

Also, your most recent comic fails to take into account the effects of apparent time dilation between our world and Narnia.
